    The FCMKC is internationally recognized for the quality of its offerings, and with the naming of new and dynamic Artistic Directors, Dmitri Atapine and Hyeyeon Park, is presenting an unprecedented fifteen performances in our 2023-2024 Forty-Eighth Season Brilliance!

    We are also significantly expanding our education and community engagement initiatives. We anticipate providing approximately twenty-five outreach opportunities around the Greater Kansas City area and will serve more than 700 individuals through outreach alone.

    The Friends of Chamber Music presents 15 concerts annually. Sponsorship opportunities are available for Presenting Season, Supporting Season, and individual concerts and events. These provide opportunities for unique client entertainment options and networking with other Friends supporters and business and community leaders.

    Your support will help us continue to engage world-class artists, build creative programming, and expand access to outstanding Chamber Music.

    The Friends is well-managed and led by an outstanding local Board of Directors and Artistic and Executive Leadership, many who are also business leaders in the community. The Friends of Chamber Music is internationally recognized for the quality of its offerings.

    The Friends of Chamber Music is also revitalizing its education and community engagement initiatives. This season, we are piloting numerous initiatives as well as expanding current offerings. This includes masterclasses, school visits, and family concerts by artists we present, as well as Artistic Directors Dmitri Atapine and Hyeyeon Park. Additionally, the Friends is partnering with area colleges to coach young musicians to provide outreach in the community.

  • In addition to individual annual gifts, endowment donors have historically given to the legacy of the Friends of Chamber Music. The Friends’ endowment is a permanent fund from which earnings may be used at the Board’s discretion for special initiatives, concerts, or operations. We are grateful to all our Endowment Contributors.
