Why Give?
At The Friends of Chamber Music, our mission has always been to bring great music to as many people as possible, with the hope that they will make it their own, finding in it self-discovery, a sense of meaning, and connection to others. Many ticket buyers each season affirm the value of this mission. However, ticket sales only provide only a third of The Friends' annual operating expenses for its concerts and outreach programs. We depend on financial support from individuals, corporations and foundations to make up the balance needed to continue to enrich lives through great music.

The Friends of Chamber Music is a 501(c)(3) organization, and gifts to The Friends are tax deductible

The Endowment Fund
The Endowment Fund grows steadily with your gifts – permanent contributions, held as an asset, from which income may be used to assure an otherwise improbable concert event and to serve as a safety net when we launch bold programs or face challenging times.

Gifts to the Endowment Fund may be tailored to the specific desires of the donor—perhaps to perpetuate an annual concert or to fund an educational program.

The Endowment Fund is often particularly attractive to those who are considering planned gifts.
